ABOUT US
The founder of CK CORPORATE SERVICES, Mr. Liaw Choan Kim is a Licensed Secretary under Section 235(2)(b) of the Companies Act 2016 and licensed by the Commission under Section 20G of the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) Act 2001. He is also a member of Institute of Approved Company Secretaries (IACS).
Mr. Liaw started his career in auditing in year 2006 with a registered audit firm in Kuala Lumpur. He has been in public practice for over 10 years and during his tenure with the audit firm, he was involved in the areas of audit, tax, management and consulting services. He was later recruited by a Secretarial Company and gaining very significant corporate secretarial and advisory experience.
